RETURNS POLICY

Refunds
We understand that you can change your mind; it’s human nature. Provided goods are returned in saleable condition within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. The only exception to this is with our magnetic jewellery, for which there are no returns, unless they are by damaged on delivery.
If your order is returned to us due to banned/restricted products, a wrong address or refusal to pay fees, we will issue you a refund for products that are returned to us in resaleable condition. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

Electrical issues
If your diffuser breaks down within the first 12 months, we will either replace or refund. If you have problems with the unit initially, please send us photos or a video showing the problem, & we will resolve this, as customers’ happiness is our first priority. In some countries, we have a drop-off point that units can be sent to. We will act on your problem within 24 hours.
